Arbeiten, wie andere Urlaub machen. 🤝 Gerade entsteht ein sehr cooles Projekt für das Bauunternehmen OEHM! Wir sind alle so motiviert, dieses Projekt umzusetzen. Worum geht es? Um ein Baugrundstück direkt am Wald. Auf diesem soll bald ein neues Verwaltungsgebäude von OEHM stehen. Oder vielmehr: vier. Denn neben dem Hauptgebäude, das mit einem Mix aus Beton und Holz schon super cool wird, werden wir noch drei Tiny Houses mit Terrassen und Blick in den Wald auf das Grundstück bauen. Jedes der Tiny Houses wird ein bestimmtes Bedürfnis erfüllen: ✅ Eines wird ein Ort für konzentriertes Arbeiten sein. ✅ Eines für Meetings. ✅ Und eines für spielerische Pausen mit den Kolleg:innen – Tischtennis & Co. Wir haben also Räume nach draußen verfrachtet. Mitten in die Natur. Und geben den einzelnen Bedürfnissen der Mitarbeitenden sozusagen noch mehr Raum. In einem Tiny House arbeiten – schon ziemlich cool, oder? 🤩 Uns war aber auch wichtig, dass sich alle Mitarbeitenden der Firma mit dem Gebäude identifizieren können – Mitarbeiter:innen aus der Verwaltung genauso wie die Kolleg:innen, die auf dem Bau arbeiten. Deshalb holen wir Elemente der Baustelle ins Gebäude, wie grafische Bodenmarkierungen, Gerüste, Signalfarben… Peter Herbers, der Geschäftsführer von OEHMS, will eben nicht nur irgendein Gebäude, sondern ein Besonderes. Das zum Unternehmen und seinen Mitarbeitenden passt. Top! Ich glaube, das wird ziemlich gut. Als wir das Konzept vorgestellt haben, gab es schon mal leuchtende Augen. WP SAINTE-CROIX 🇨🇭 With an amazing view of Lake Neuchâtel, two of our assembly teams are assigned to the construction of the towers in Sainte-Croix in Switzerland. A total of six E-82 towers, each 97 meters high, awaited us here. The teams surpassed each other in assembling the tower at almost a record-breaking speed. 💪🏼 The challenge at this construction site began in advance to the construction itsself. Customs clearance in a non-EU country includes special features that must be taken into account when preparing the project and when implementing it. We were in close contact with SUVA, the Swiss professional association, so that everything could run smoothly. We would also like to thank the Swiss companies involved, the cooperation was excellent! 🤝 There is hardly anything better than building towers at an altitude of 1400 meters in French-speaking Switzerland to the sound of cowbells (we think 🤭)! #emileggerag
